Grade 6 Science Test

For the grade 6s we have been covering the following curriculum expectations:
-distinguish between current and static electricity
-identify materials that are good conductors and materials that are good insulators of electricity
-describe how various forms of energy can be transformed into electrical energy
-identify ways in which electrical energy is transformed into other forms of energy
-explain the function of the components of a simple electrical circuit
-describe ways in which the use of electricity by society, including the amount of electricity used, has changed over time

Students should be able to do the above expectations. We have reviewed these items in depth for the last few weeks and they have their experiment notes and worksheets to help them review.
